Woodstock Winery was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional wine doesn't require distant terroir — it requires attention. Nestled along Wittenberg Road in the heart of Bearsville, our cellar has been shaping expressions of this landscape for over a decade.

Each varietal we produce is a response to the microclimate we're given — the cool nights, the mineral-rich soil, the long, unhurried growing season that the Catskills offer. We don't chase volume. We chase clarity.
